- We do not offer refunds or exchange of products for change of mind.
- You must check your order upon delivery and notify Grinders within 10 days if your order is incorrect. Grinders will only accept returns of unused goods in their packaging, accompanied by the invoice
- If there is a fault with your purchase, please contact the Grinders Customer Service line to arrange a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of confirmation that a refund will be granted.
- If your Capsule Coffee machine is not working, please contact the Grinders Customer Service line and a representative will help you fix it. If the issue cannot be fixed or resolved easily, you can return the machine to us to receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if available.
Final 2022 orders will be dispatched on Wednesday 21st of December and recommence shipping on Tuesday the 10th of January.
