Iced Signature Drink: Coconut Cold Brew

Introducing our delicious signature iced coffee recipe, Coconut Cold Brew. It’s super easy to make at home & will be sure to impress your coffee loving friends!

Equipment you’ll need:

  • V60 Pour Over Kit or a Glass Jar.
  • Digital Kitchen Scales
  • Coffee Filter Paper (or if you don’t have this, a cheesecloth will work)

Method:

  1. Start off by adding 2 parts Filtered water with 1 part Coconut water into a container.
  2. Measure out 35 grams of Grinders Coffee Cafe-Q beans and grind them coarse.
  3.  Add your ground coffee to the coconut water mixture.
  4. Give the mixture a good stir.
  5. Place the mixture in a sealed container in the fridge overnight to brew.
  6. In the morning, pour the mixture through a paper coffee filter or cheesecloth to filter out the coffee grinds.

Now your cold brew is ready to serve! Fill your favourite glass with lots of ice & pour over the Coconut Cold Brew. Time to enjoy.

There you have it, a delicious & easy to make Coconut Cold Brew that you can make at home.

NOTE: You can also make Coconut Cold Brew in a plunger, just add all the ingredients to the plunger and let it brew in the fridge overnight, in the morning push down the plunger & enjoy!
