Grinders Coffee is thrilled to introduce El Diviso Washed Anaerobic from Huila, Colombia, as part of our Single Origin program. This exceptional coffee is the brainchild of Nestor Lasso, a young and innovative coffee farmer whose name is becoming synonymous with quality. Nestor, along with his brother Adrian and partner Jhoan Vergara, has revolutionized their family farm, El Diviso, into a beacon of specialty coffee excellence.

Located in Bruselas, Huila, at an altitude of 1750 meters, El Diviso spans 16 hectares and cultivates a variety of coffee plants, including Sidra Bourbon, Geisha, and Pacamara. The meticulous processing methods employed at El Diviso, such as anaerobic fermentation and precise drying techniques, ensure a coffee that is both vibrant and complex. The cherries undergo multiple stages of fermentation and oxidation, resulting in a cup that boasts flavors of red grape, raspberry, jasmine, and caramel, with a lemonade-like acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
